There are many purposes for this thing, but I think the general steel mills do not have such a high level of production, and there is not much need for it.
What is low cost? A piece of carbon steel makes a mold for 20,000 to 30,000 yuan to make a combined carbon steel with the same specification, which is equivalent to low cost.
